Please proceed directly to the meeting place for your group and practice physical distancing at all times. Bring your own water bottle and carrier, lunch and all equipment needed for the day.
U10: Meet in the playground area. Please bring ski striding poles (old classic poles work, please label with a name), running shoes, extra clothes for layering and a light rain coat. Everyone will need snacks, a lunch and water. We will be doing some work on the ground, so please bring a towel or yoga mat for those exercises. Coaches will be offering a ‘ski gear’ education session for any new parents to ski team from 2:00-3:00pm.
U12: Meet on the grass between the playground and the beach. Be sure to bring the following equipment for the day: watch, skate/combi boots, running shoes, skate poles with appropriate tips (if you have), helmet, gloves, ski striding poles. Be sure to pack a lunch, snacks and water bottle. It is a good idea to send an extra layer. Should be a beautiful day, but you never know. Make sure your gear, jackets, etc are labelled with your child’s name.
U14: Meet in the rollerski agility parking area. All athletes will be skate rollerskiing. Please bring a helmet, poles with carbide tips, gloves, high visibility vest/shirt, skate boots and rollerskis. Please also bring ski striding poles and runners.
U16+: Meet by the boat ramp. Bring skate rollerski equipment, running shoes and ski striding poles
Recreation (Devo): Meet in the parking lot. Bring a bike. You may be on a gravel road so a Mtn bike is recommended. Bring a mat or towel that you can do strength exercises on.
