Dryland training at Klahani Park

U10 - Meet by playground. Wear running shoes and bring a small water bottle and carrier. Coaches will be available for 15 minutes after practice to answer any questions.

U12 -Ski Striding/ Running Practice. Bring ski striding poles, water bottle and carrier. Pole height should be between mid bicep and point of shoulder for striding.

U14 - Please bring ski striding poles (classic poles from last year). Bring a water bottle and carrier. Meet near the Pickleball courts.

U16/18 - Ski Striding and running practice. Bring striding poles, water bottle, and carrier.

Recreation group - Bring a water bottle. Be prepared for running in the forest.
