Please proceed directly to the meeting place for your group and practice physical distancing at all times. Bring your own water bottle and carrier.
U10: Meet on upper SB field. First Pace Run.
U12: Running Practice. Bring water/carrier. Meet on lower SB field.
U14: Meet on King’s Christian field. No ski striding poles needed
U16+: no practice unless high school xc running club has not begun
Recreation: 4-5pm Meet in the playground. Be prepared for running. If someone has a basketball we can use please bring it.
