Practice - Klahani Park

Please proceed directly to your meeting area and practice physical distancing at all times.

U10: Meet by Klahani playground area. Bring running shoes, layered clothing, gloves/toque and small water bottle. No striding poles needed. Mini-race day at South Canoe. Practice will run from 10:00-11:30am for U10s.

U12: Meet at the ball diamond. Bring running shoes and layered clothing. We will be doing a running time trial event, and a jump, pull challenge!! Yak trax or shoe grips might not be a bad idea. Get your skis ready as we will be practicing at sovereign next weekend.

U14:

U16+: Meet at the north ball field with running shoes, water bottle and carrier.
