U10 - Dryland practice at Klahani Park. Bring ski striding poles. U 12 athletes are welcome to join in if they are unable to go to Silver Star.

U12 - CHANGE! Two options for practice today - Classic Skiing practice at Silver Star. Please meet at the main ticket booth in the Silver Star village with ticket purchased and skis prepped at 10:00. Be sure to let Kris know if you are planning on attending.

Dryland Practice at Klahani - Brad will run a dry land practice for those interested at Klahani park from 10-12 in conjunction with the U10 practice.

U14 - No practice for U14 because of the Sovereign Lake Open.

U16+ - No practice due to SL Open race

Devo - Meet at SA Wharf at 10am and we will run to Marie’s house in Raven and then play games. Pick up will be at 1pm from Marie’s house (4211 Lakeshore Rd NE). Bring a water bottle.
