Meet at Canoe Beach near the boat ramp.
U14: This will be a running, ski striding and strength practice. Please bring runners, a water bottle and carrier and ski striding poles (mid bicep height). You can also bring a bathing suit and towel to swim after practice if you would like. We will be finished practice at 7:30pm.
U16/18: Final Paddle session of the season. We will be playing beach volleyball as well. Sign up on the team site Wednesday evening to reserve a boat. Bring your water and running shoes as well as paddling equipment and attire.
