Paddle and Run - Canoe Beach

Meet at Canoe Beach near the boat ramp.

U14: This will be a running and strength practice. Please bring runners and a water bottle. You can also bring a bathing suit and towel to swim after practice if you would like. We will be finished practice at 7:30pm.

U16/18: Be sure to bring paddling and running gear. Sign up for paddling by wednesday evening.
