U14 - Midgets will be rollerskiing at South Canoe. Both first and second year midgets will be skate rollerskiing. Please bring skate rollerskis, poles with carbide tips, boots, helmet, high visibility vest or shirt, gloves, water bottle and carrier. Team skis will be available for those that need to borrow. Please also bring runners in case the weather is horrible and we decide to run instead.
