U14 - Midgets will be rollerskiing at SOUTH CANOE. First year midgets will be skate rollerskiing and second year midgets will be classic rollerskiing. Please bring rollerskis, poles with carbide tips, boots, helmet, high visibility vest or shirt, gloves, water bottle and carrier. Team skis will be available for those that need to borrow. Please also bring runners in case the weather is horrible and we decide to run instead.

U16+ - We will be classic skiing starting at CANOE BEACH. Pick up will be at the intersection of 30 St and 45 Ave NE on North Broadview (up the hill). Bring the usual gear.
