9am to 11:30
U 16 athletes will run 1.5 hours (as most have soccer in the afternoon)
U 18 athletes will run 2.5 hours
zone 1 explore the single track trails
With some speed play
The most important thing is keep the intensity low and have fun!
Bring sport drink, dry clothes for after and heart rate monitor
