We will leave Salmon Arm at 7:00am

It is a 2 hour drive to Myra Canyon - google Myra Canyon Bike rentals for location ( take Myra Canyon Forest Service road - not June Springs road to Myra Canyon.

We will ride 9:30am to 3:30pm ( 6 hours with a 1 hour stop for lunch at Chute Lake) 5 hours ride time.

Then swim at Penticton 3:30- 4:30pm

Home by 7:30pm.

It will be a big day.

Bring lots of food, sport drink, etc. We will organize transportation the week leading into the ride
