Saturday Practice

U10 - 10:00-12:00. Orienteering Event! Classic Technique. Use warm-up skis is you have them. We will meet at our regular spot, then head up to South Hub to start. Please note: we will use full 2 hours for this practice.

U12 - Orienteering Ski, Classic Technique. Use backcountry or warm up classic skis if you have them. Poles with larger baskets are helpful with this fresh powder, if you have some. Be on time so we can get into teams and set out for some fun! A small zip lock bag that fits in your pocket would be helpful for collecting stickers from the stations.

U14 - We will be doing a classic training ski and orienteering during our regular practice time (10:00 to 12:00). We will be doing a waxing demo from 12:00 to 1:30 with Mike V. Please bring a snack/lunch to eat after practice and some warm clothing and boots to wear for the waxing demo.

U16/18 - Classic practice - race prep for BC Cup

Recreation - Classic skiing with a bit of backcountry. Orienteering.
