U10 - Cec’s Cabin. The Great Chocolate Chase. Bring a Chocolate Bar and water bottle/carrier - coaches will even carry the chocolate up to Cec’s for you! Practice time: 10:00-12:00pm.

U12 - Skate Practice. Please wear a watch. Predator-Prey Game with the coaches in chase! Will be mainly on trails, reading maps, finding checkpoints and trying not to lose lives by being caught by the coaches!

U14 - Quadathlon. Bring skate skis and poles, running shoes and a sliding implement.

U16/18 - Skate Technique
