Meet at Larch Hills Chalet - 1.5 hour dryland practice followed by 1.5 hours of trail maintenance and clearing. Please bring clothing for running practice and appropriate change of clothes for trail clearing. Long sleeves, gloves, trimming tools etc.
Track attack Also 9:00 to 12:00 at Larch Hills. Bring ski striding poles (armpit to shoulder height please) for ski striding/running on trails 9 to 10:30 followed by trail clearing. Bring work gloves or old gloves, not your nice ski ones. Bring pruning shears if you have them.
