Meet at South Canoe trailhead for dryland training session
U10 - Meet at South Canoe trailhead. Bring running shoes and small water bottle/carrier. Practice 10:00-11:30am.
U12 - Meet at South Canoe trailhead prepared to run. Bring striding poles, water bottle & carrier.
U14 -
U16/18 - No practice - Western Canada Cup. For those not racing, you are encouraged to get a ski in on your own.
Recreation - Meet at South Canoe trailhead. Bring running shoes and a water bottle. Also an extra layer of clothes as we may be doing biathlon part of the practice with skiers from another group.
