Practice - Klahani Park

Early start to practice today so kids can attend the fall fair parade afterward if they like

U10 - Running attire and small water bottle

U12 - Please bring running shoes, water and ski striding/hill bounding poles (mid biceps length)

U14 - AKA Midgets - Please bring ski striding poles (mid bicep height), runners, water bottle and carrier.

Devo - Running attire and water bottle. Practice will finish by 10:30 am.
