Herald Park Day Camp

Annual LH ski team Herald Park camp. Meet at the day use area. Bring water and lunch

U10 - Please bring, water bottle, lunch, snack, running shoes, jacket, ski striding poles (Just above belly button height), yoga mat or towel

U12 - Please bring water, lunch, running shoes, bike helmet, ski gloves, skate ski poles (with carbide tips if you have them…skate poles should come up at least to chin height), skate ski boots for roller skiing (team skis will be available if you do not have your own), hill bounding poles (mid biceps length). Make sure that you have clothing appropriate for the weather.

U14 - Please bring ski striding poles (mid bicep height), runners, equipment for skate rollerskiing (skis, poles, helmet, gloves, high visibility vest/shirt, boots). Skis will be available for those that need to borrow. Please make sure to bring a water bottle and carrier, snacks, lunch, and clothing for all kinds of weather.

Devo - Meet at the Tappen Co-op between 9:45 amd 10 am. We will be biking to Herald’s Park with a short hike on the way. I will have my truck at Herald’s Park if anyone needs a ride back to the Tappen Co-op or town when we’re finished.

U16+ - Please bring skate rollerski equipment and ski striding poles. Bring lunch and fluids. Bring changes of clothing in case of wet weather.
