Meet at Canoe Beach at the Boathouse. One hour paddle and one hour run or vice versa. Bring PFD, water bottle, running shoes, clothes that can get wet, towel. Bring your own kayak if you have one, otherwise you can join SARP for $25 and borrow from them.
