A full day of fun training activities and team games at Herald Park day use area.
Pee Wees - Please bring lunch, water, running shoes, ski striding poles, yoga mat/towel, jacket.
Bantams - Please bring lunch, water, running shoes, hill bounding poles, combi boots, skate poles, high vis vest and bike helmet.
Midgets: Our first activity will be skate rollerskiing, so come ready to roll. Bring skis (if you have them), poles, boots, helmet and high vis vest. Also bring hill bounding poles, running shoes, water bottle and carrier and lunch.
Juveniles+: Bring skate roller skis/poles/boots, hill-bounding poles, yoga mat, running shoes, lunch, water bottle and carrier.
