Canoe Beach - Dryland and Rollerskiing (Bantams)

Park in the Canoe Beach lot.

Pee Wees;  please bring ski striding poles.  These are regular poles that are shorter in length.  Pole length should be between the waist and the chest. Donna and Mike will both be away so Sandra Major and possibly Tom Hansen will be leading the practice.

Bantams will be roller skiing at the Canoe Beach parking lot. While one group is on roller skis the other will be hill bounding. Bantams will need: combi boots, skate poles, bike helmet, high vis vest, runners, hill bounding poles and a water bottle. Hill bounding poles can be any ski pole that comes up to mid bicep. Skate poles should come up to a skier's chin when they have all gear on. Pole length is very important for both roller skiing and hill bounding!

Midgets - please bring a water bottle with carrier and a yoga mat if you have one.

Juveniles - Come prepared for hill bounding.
