Full day of activities at Herald Park finishing with team building games. Bring equipment as directed by your group leader, water, lunch, swimsuit and towel.
Peewees: Please bring: Lunch, extra clothing, snacks, water bottle, ski striding poles. Swimming is not part of the program but if families would like to go into the water, children can go in but are under the supervision of their parents.
Bantams: Bantams will need: Hill bounding poles, water, lunch, running shoes, bathing suits, towels, and sunscreen. They will also need roller skiing gear: ski boots, skate poles, high vis vest, helmet, roller skis (if they have an older sibling) and gloves.
Midgets: Bring equipment for rollerskiing (boots, skate poles, skis if you have your own, high vis shirt/vest, helmet, gloves). We will be rollerskiing first so put on your rollerski gear as soon as you arrive. You will also need hill bounding poles, water bottle and carrier, running shoes and your lunch plus snacks. Bring a bathing suit and towel if you would like to go swimming at the end of the day.
Juveniles+: Bring skate roller ski equipment, Running shoes, Hill-bounding poles, Yoga mat, lunch, water, towel, extra clothing.
