Skiing today!  Classic technique.  You should plan to leave Salmon Arm at 8:30am so you can arrive at Sovereign Lake at 9:30am.  You will need to purchase a ski pass, get your boots on and grip wax your skis.  You will then need to make sure your wax is working and be ready to start practice with your group at 10am.  Coaches will be available to help with grip wax selection but try to bring your own waxes and cork.  You can check the Sovereign Lake website before departing to find out the temperature.  Dress appropriately in layers and make sure you have a toque, buff (it can be windy there) and mitts.

When purchasing your trail passes, let them know you are with the LH group in order to get the group discount.  Ticket prices will be as follows: Adult $14.50, Youth $10.00, Child $8.50, Senior $12.00
